The Elixir of Youth

The fourth level is called unconditional love. When this frequency is created, the hormone that keeps the body in perfect health and stops the aging process is released, and this is the hormone of immortality, the elixir of youth.
About thirty-five thousand years ago, in the time of the continent of Mu - The motherland, known today by the mythical name Lemuria, the god Shiva represented the lord of the ultraviolet plane, the body at the fourth level of the vibration of consciousness.
Shiva is not used here to refer to a single deity of Hinduism; rather, it represents a state of consciousness that belongs to the fourth plane, to the ultraviolet frequency band and to the opening of the fourth seal.
The ultraviolet body holds the complete blueprint, and even if this sounds too fantastic to us right now, our Shiva Body cannot be destroyed.
If we have lost a limb, we can always grow it back by raising our vibration to that body and bringing its blueprint back down into our physical body. The knowledge of how to do this was hidden in the depths of time. Although today's systems of control make sure we do not know it, that knowledge still exists.
The fourth plane of existence is the realm of transitional consciousness (the bridge): unconditional self-love and the ultraviolet frequency. This plane is described as the plane of Shiva, destroyer of the old and creator of the new. Here, energy is still unified, not divided into positive and negative polarities. Electrical polarization arises only below it, at the third level, the level of light. This makes possible a negative image that takes form in the second body, at the infrared level. The result is a physical body of the opposite polarity, divided into female and male (negative and positive).
Any lasting change or healing in the physical body must begin at the level of the fourth plane and the ultraviolet body. This dimension is also called the plane of Shiva. Although we have seven levels, we only need to rise to the fourth level of consciousness and the vibration of its body to heal ourselves and others, and even raise the dead.
The fourth level is called unconditional love, and this vibration activates the thymus gland. When this frequency is created, the hormone that keeps the body in perfect health and stops the aging process is released. This is the hormone of immortality, the elixir of youth.
The public knows very little about the thymus gland, and even medical training gives it little attention. Most of the existing knowledge about it is unavailable, and there is a reason for that.
This gland, located in the center of the chest, plays a major role in the efficiency of the immune system. It produces T cells, which are one of the immune system's main weapons against threats. In other words, it makes sure the immune system is combat-ready even before threats appear.
The thymus is a vital organ that begins developing even before birth, and its function peaks between the ages of 7 and 25.
During the aging process, the thymus gland undergoes a process of shrinking, or involution (folding inward)
It is the only organ that is larger when we are children and slowly shrinks after the end of adolescence. In most of us, by the age of fifty the gland is already shrunken and atrophied and is mostly fatty tissue.

Look at the illustration; it is probably familiar to you from the world of medicine. This is the caduceus, a symbol of absolute freedom.
It is a powerful and ancient symbol, existing long before the medical industry appropriated it. It can be found in the writings of the Sumerians from as far back as the end of the Anunnaki era, in archaeological finds from ancient Egypt, and even at the entrances to the Vatican palaces in Rome.
At its center is the spine, which is the path of the journey of fire, the kundalini. Up the path are the brain and the pineal gland. Notice the serpent splitting in two, and the serpents gazing straight into each other's eyes, without moving.
The serpent of the caduceus, rising beyond the fourth level, gazes at its reflection, and they become one.
This state, One mind, is the father of time. From it the first polarity was created as the vibration descended to the third level, the level of light, and so the concept of time was born.
There is a oneness between the observer and its reflection, a kind of time tunnel standing still.
This is the eternal now.
The energy of this tunnel is the kundalini.
When the observer and their reflection become one, a unified mind emerges. This happens when the serpents reach chest height after three turns (the three lower levels of consciousness), arriving at the bridge consciousness of the fourth level, the seat of the thymus gland, which produces the hormone of the immortal Shiva Body.
This is the hormone of youth.
When a person reaches adulthood but does not rise in consciousness to the fourth level, the thymus gland stops secreting the hormone of youth, and the pituitary gland slowly begins to secrete the hormone of death.
We won't learn about these two hormones at any university, nor will we find any document from a respected research institute that describes them. This was hidden, and what isn't taught, isn't written about and isn't mentioned even by name and definition simply doesn't exist. And when it disappears from our consciousness, we will never experience it, because we will live only what we know.
In our era, peace is found in the cemetery, not in the streets, and death is the most entrenched status quo in town.
That is why, since the end of the fifth era on Terra Firma, eternal life has belonged to the world of fantasy, and today to popular science fiction for the masses, for whom even living in radiant health to the age of 120 is just a birthday wish.
Look at the illustration again: the opening wings represent infinite freedom. What begins in consciousness lights up our brain in the area that receives and transmits the ultraviolet vibration.
When our consciousness rests in the eternal present, focused completely on radiant health, we can hold this moment still, beyond time and space. When we are fully present as the observer facing their reflection, seeing only radiant health in this eternal moment, we are healed.
That is why the caduceus became the symbol of healing, on the way to freedom. Most doctors have no idea what their symbol represents and have never heard of the kundalini, but now you have.
Don't let anyone or anything stop you from dreaming.
Our dream is our now: our life, ours alone.
The now is all that exists for us.
With love,
Ran
