The mandate and the gift of change

This letter is for you, holders of the divine mandate.

My dear ones,

I hope you are feeling wonderful.

The mandate is an agreement we commit to as we enter this world:

to be ready to experience all of our thoughts.

Once this commitment is made, it becomes an inseparable part of our existence, beyond argument or denial.

Although our brain strives to bring thoughts to fruition, most of us reject this agreement, mainly because we do not understand consciousness. Since we are not taught spiritual insight in today's society, we may express confusion and feel as if events happen inexplicably, without understanding their purpose or their source. This often stems from denying our thoughts, whether through self-deception or through a lack of knowledge and conscious presence.

Many remain indifferent to the constant flow of thoughts in their minds, as if the self has taken a back seat, leaving the body and its personality to navigate life on autopilot.

The self is another term for spirit, your state of mind.

Now let us look at the effect of our creations on those around us, such as a child or a partner.

When someone close to us experiences something significant, it is not just an occurrence; it is a creation within their life.

The question arises: are we, in some way, responsible for this creation?

The answer lies in understanding that we are the creators of our reality, and although we may greatly influence others, their experiences, from their point of view, are ultimately their own creations.

In exploring the dynamics of our reality, we must recognize that each person carries their own narrative, along with personal challenges, paths and stories. At the intersection of these narratives, the connections we form with others, whether as family, friends or rivals, are shaped by emotional bonds. These bonds are the threads that weave our stories together, creating the complex fabric of human relationships.

The essence of our existence is rooted in accepting our thoughts and recognizing our role as creators.

By understanding the emotional bonds that tie us together, we gain insight into the interconnectedness of our lives and the shared journey we set out on.

Our personal responses to experiences are deeply intertwined with the physiology of our body, and are expressed as chemical reactions known as emotions and feelings. These emotions and feelings are vital to our learning process, since they help us understand the reality we build around ourselves. Without this emotional learning, we risk getting caught in the same cycle of chemical reactions. This is the difference between emotional or chemical addiction and emotional insight, which we could also call wisdom.

When we truly understand something, when we are fully present in the process and don't rush through it or ignore it through deliberate distractions, we no longer need repeated “lessons” or “tests.” This insight frees us from the patterns that once ruled our lives. Although outer circumstances may seem unchanged, our perception and experience of them change significantly, because the feeling has changed completely.

Emotional attachment has an enormous impact.

Each person carries their own narrative, which affects their reality and, by extension, ours too.

For example, if you come across someone who is constantly suffering, complaining or angry, you may wonder why they display these behaviors precisely in your presence and not elsewhere. This interaction is shaped by the nature and weight of your stories.

In a more personal scenario, when a loved one is seriously ill, it is a situation that undoubtedly affects us and cannot easily be ignored. Yet it is important to remember that we are the ones who shaped this narrative in our lives, out of the mandate we have been entrusted with since the day we were born here: to experience our thoughts. Through their personal life story, this sick person reflects back to us exactly what is going on between our ears.

What is the essence of what we call life?

Whose life are we talking about? Is it our life, or the life of someone close to us?

If we see life as ours, we are bound by the limitations and challenges of our body and of those around us.

But if we look at it from an impersonal and much broader perspective, that of the whole ray of light, the infinite river of consciousness available to us, then we may wonder what truly remains unchangeable?

Everything can be changed.

Our mandate is a divine tool for evolving.

Because that is exactly what we are: gods in the flesh, conceiving today the experiences of tomorrow.

When you understand that reality is projected from your eyes and not reflected into them,

you take back your power, and with it the responsibility:

not only for the deed, but first and foremost for the thought.

To days of change.

With love,

❤️
