Better Nutrition, Better Decisions

The brain is our most vital organ, and so it takes the lion's share of every meal, of the minerals, vitamins, fats and proteins we eat, to allow it to run the body, function and make decisions.
Whatever is left after the lion's share goes to the rest of the body, to the cells that make up the organs and the glands that produce the molecules of emotion, also called hormones.
So when you think something, you also immediately feel it as true; the body can turn a thought into an emotion and a feeling through the chemistry of the brain.
Every emotion, whether anger, fear, desire, a sense of lack or guilt, is actually fueled by what you eat.
And what if you don't eat, skip meals, throw them up or simply eat poorly (think in a low vibration)?
Then you don't have the chemical resources to turn thoughts into emotions and feelings.
Our mandate here is one: to be willing to experience all of our thoughts, with no exceptions or special cases.
So when we throw up food or avoid it, we always do so because of an emotion rooted in a thought that preceded the physical experience. Physical experiences are consciousness taking material form, so they always follow it: they are the inevitable result of thoughts.
When the brain has no nourishment or is exposed to toxins, we can't experience our thoughts, that is, turn them into molecules of emotion: hormones. The chemical-emotional chaos this creates is one of the common causes of depression.
Hunger, then, is an insistent demand for the raw materials that allow you to be yourself.
You literally turn food into knowing through thought: food becomes thoughts, which are chemically translated into molecules of emotion, hormones, and ultimately into sensations in your body.
Now you can understand how poor or inadequate nutrition can lead to a common situation: the brain lacks the resources to produce molecules of emotion whose encoded vibration matches your thoughts and what you originally wanted to express in your life, in physical form, in your reality. You do not feel what you wanted to say, what you were thinking.
In times of famine for whole nations, there is a great loss of the ability to feel, because the brain cannot convert thoughts into molecules of emotion. People become emotionally numb and indifferent on the one hand, yet in their brain there is a storm that can't express itself electrochemically; the hungry person finds it very hard to fulfill their mandate here. Diseases spread among starving peoples because they could not create emotional resilience against them in their brain; they didn't even have the food to do so.
When someone is starved by food that is poor in real nutrients, they are denied what they need to develop emotions that give them a sense of worth and capability. This person is a thoroughly emotional, feeling being who lives and dies by their emotions and is addicted to the chemistry those emotions create in the brain.
A very wise person is one who has managed to wire their brain in a non-emotional way, so that their thinking and decisions are based on their life experience and wisdom, not on emotions.
Religions, traditions and nations are all emotional doctrines, and so they are also powerful means of control over masses and individuals. Entire peoples are socially organized around gathering and consuming food, and for thousands of years religions have organized mandatory holidays and festivals around food mixed with feelings of guilt and obedience.
Then the body withers and dies because all its vital nutrients were consumed by the body of light, the emotional body. Many times people make destructive decisions in their lives because of the poor capacity of a brain starved of vital nutrients.
Remember: the brain always consumes the lion’s share of our food. Better nutrition means better decisions.
