Believing the Unbelievable

My dear ones,
Whatever you believe in and excel at is always at the forefront of your consciousness, and that is where you place your focus.
Think this through, and you will discover that the reason you don’t believe in something is simply that you barely engage with it. If you understand what I have just written, you have learned something new about the phrase “consciousness creates reality.” When I understood this, a light bulb went on.
If you don't focus on your inner power to heal, you will not heal, and doubt will dwell in the temple of your health. But if you focus on fixing a problem in the body with some medication or surgery, instead of healing it by creating a new thought, because that is what you were taught to do, then that is the reality you will create: consciousness creates reality.
If we pity ourselves long enough, we will create an experience that makes that feeling real, because, again, consciousness creates reality. It will become our life: the life of a poor soul, weighed down with problems and in need of pity. But as sad as that sounds, it fits comfortably within the accepted boundaries of social consciousness and the individual’s struggle to survive within them.
Let us always remember that we are not just a heap of cells arranged into the shape of a body, bones, fluids and brain tissue. Let us remember with our whole being that we are more than hair, a face and a name, that you are not just saliva, hormones, a digestive system and gas. We are consciousness, and we are creator gods.
Children in the ancient schools of Lemuria and Egypt learned from an early age simply to accept everything without judgment, to accept that they are all-powerful, that they are gods, not to identify themselves with their body but with their consciousness, to try everything, to explore the unknown through direct, personal experience.
Their self-image was weak enough to hold everything that exists within their perception, so that they could evolve without a dominant personality limiting them. That is why, already in their youth, they could work wonders, because for them it was simply one more experience.
Our society today raises children toward a strong self-image, and above all raises boys to be strong in their masculinity and girls to be strong in their femininity. We cut off their potential and separate them from themselves through definitions. We pour from our cups into theirs all our limiting beliefs, our criticism and judgment, and we set boundaries and rules for them. The more defined they grow, the more fenced in their perception becomes.
And beyond the fence lives doubt. The more limiting the fence, the greater the doubt.
This survival-based outlook condemns any growth into the unknown, rejects the experience of new possibilities, and is terrified of change. To defend it, the personality draws its ultimate weapon again and again: doubt.
The only way to eradicate doubt is to abandon the personality: an outdated, programmed product, a creature of habits that are not yours, of a past and a history that you did not write and you did not imagine; you only agreed in your imagination that this is the truth. You were rewritten.
And how do you do that?
You create a sustained, focused change in your imagination that leads to a change in behavior. Whenever an imagined state becomes so stable that it becomes your lasting mood, your habitual attitude, it begins to define your character. That is a genuine transformation. This is a shift in consciousness, and it is where your power lies.
In your mind, surrender completely to the feeling of your wish fulfilled. The secret of committing to yourself is to create a new ideal through self-love. This is also called knowing.
Instead of focusing on problems, focus on the wondrous. Instead of focusing on survival, focus on knowledge. Otherwise your body drives you instead of you driving it. Whatever we bring to the forefront of our consciousness happens.
Learn to sustain your focus on the ideal. Some masters practiced focusing every day for 10 years and still remained trapped in their box. But after 10 years, when they entered their focused state as on any ordinary day, no longer expecting anything, something amazing happened: an explosion of light. They experienced separation from their bodies and saw them from the outside. They experienced pure consciousness, detached from the body, able to be anything, anywhere, at any time.
They became more than their body, and the divine mind, the subconscious, became fully accessible to them. They know what everyone is thinking and everything that is happening everywhere; they can be anywhere in a split second. They escaped the prison of their body.
Believing the unbelievable, all the way to knowing, is complete acceptance of an outcome before its time. A commitment to the feeling of the wish fulfilled, out of total faith that this act of imagination becomes reality,
it must become reality, because your imagination creates reality: your life, your body, everything around you.
