In the Light of Eternity

Every moment, in the light of all eternity, will one day be weighed against a feather.

Every moment counts.

Everything you do is seen and known from every perspective: observer and participant, the one acting and the one acted upon. Everything. That is why it is called the Day of Judgment. Most people are ignorant and live under the illusion that their thoughts are not things. Their thoughts are things. They imagine that no one but them knows what they do behind closed doors.

That is an illusion. Everything is known and everything will be shown.

In this state of high vibration, no one needs to look at you and condemn you. It is enough that you see it yourself. There is no judge harsher than our own soul on the Day of Judgment. Everyone, at a certain point, is going to experience this, and in fact you have already experienced it countless times.

So how much unfinished business are you still weighed down by?

How much are unresolved experiences weighing on you?

If I tell you that you are divine, then surely the purpose of this life is to develop that divinity.

Isn't it?

In how many experiences, at how many crossroads, have you chosen your personality over the divine, a passing whim over the light of eternity?

It was every time you were cruel to someone, even “only” in thought, every time you were manipulative, lied to someone, physically hurt someone, lashed out at another with your tongue, worked toward the destruction of those around you and of yourself. All of it becomes yours in that moment of watching.

In the presence of this light of eternity, you are everything.

You suffer from your own behavior and you feel how it felt. You become the other one you struck and you feel his helpless pain. You become the abuser and the full onslaught of an intoxicating, seductive rage against the innocent one who cannot strike back. You feel what it is to be slandered, to have your good name abused and smeared. You will feel it because you are divine and you do not exist in separateness at that hour. You are whole and one with everything at that hour.

In this passage, you understand that you are the entire web of life and that it is all within you. You are drawn to this understanding more strongly than at any other time.

You feel the abandonment you inflicted, your dishonesty and its effect on another, the guilt wrongfully laid upon you. You feel the heartbreak of unrequited love, and you are the one who carried the chains of that guilt. You receive honor and dishonor. You are amused and amusing. You see how you abandoned your divine values. You become the body as it suffers and is abused. You become the abuser and the tormented. This is judgment, and you feel every aspect of it.

You delight in the dream and the inspiration you had, and you despair at the loss of that dream at the age of 25. You become the dream itself, and then you fade like the unfulfilled dream. You become the very inspiration you marveled at, and then you become the boredom of idleness. You see the drive of new ideas and concepts you invented, and then you are the idea itself, the thought form, and you see it as an egg, untended, unloved and never hatching. You see the idea that never came to be, and its pain because of it.

You see everything because all of you is divine.

The subjective element in all of this is very important, because the core of the self is subjective, and so the self becomes richer.

You see how many times you should have asked someone for forgiveness, and you see all the times you didn't ask it of yourself. You see all the times you could have loved, but your selfish self found no one. You see the empty place where love did not live, and there, emptiness and despair drive you.

You see everything. And in that rare moment, with everything laid bare, you find wholeness even in suffering.

And how can suffering even be described without a body?

Emotion becomes a living thing, even though it begins with electrical stimulation from neurons in the brain and is then regulated in the body through the release of hormones. It is an energy field. We live with this field, woven into its fabric.

You can't undo it; no one can. It is already done. The die is cast. That is not a bad thing, and it is even necessary for an ignorant person who doesn't know that all these things you did, you did to yourself.

We have all gone through the review of our life after death, otherwise we would not be here again today in a body. In ancient times this was called the Day of Judgment. It is indeed the Day of Judgment, except that there is no verdict here. It is done to refresh our memory of what we did, but from the infinite perspective of all that is, all that we truly are.

We are transpersonal beings, that is, we have passed from persona to persona, from one body to another, countless times. But still with a personal uniqueness: our mind.

And what is mind?

A quantum uniqueness that in ancient times was called our holy spirit.

You don't need to die to live again if, in every moment of your life, you are as present as you would be in the light of eternity. You won't need to give up your body again for a life review, because you will already be reviewing your life in every moment and with every breath.

And you are light as a feather; you are whole.
