Your Truth

My dear ones,

This is a thought about your truth.

The only laws that exist are the ones you create in order to be relevant. If you choose to believe that there is good and evil, then that is your truth, and there is nothing wrong in it, because there are no mistakes in consciousness, only learning. But remember, it is only your personal truth, not anyone else's.

As long as you hold this opinion, it is real. When you no longer believe in it, it will no longer be reality for you.

In this reality of ours, the divine within us also allows the illusion of evil to come into being through superstitions, dogmatic beliefs and the very limited attitudes of humanity as a whole. And through continual observation, judgment and expectation, evil does indeed exist in a person's reality, but only in their reality.

Only our beliefs define the box we live in.

Every thought or deed that someone has determined to be bad or wrong already exists in consciousness, and if it exists in consciousness, it is certainly part of the divine mind. And since everything is part of it, if you were to say that anything is evil, you would also be saying that the divine is wicked, and it is not. And heaven forbid, it is not good either, because in order to define the essence of good, it must be weighed against the understanding called bad or evil.

The divine is neither good nor bad, no more one than the other. It is not even perfection, but simply the being of all life, the expression of the present, living in the simple joy of knowing itself. This essence of life cannot cease to simply be by judging part of itself as good or bad, wicked or divine, perfect or imperfect.

Do you know what would happen if the divine could “look down” and say that this is bad?

Then all consciousness that expresses something would be cut off from the life force. If that could happen, life and its continual expansion would immediately cease, because free will, which makes creation possible, would no longer exist. But the divine is the undivided whole of all that is, so it cannot see itself through a limited, limiting lens. If it could, we would not even be here to exercise our ability to judge ourselves or others.

Everything you have ever done, however lofty or base you judge it to be, you did to know it, experience it and learn. Only by doing it did you understand its value and gain something from it. This is neither wicked nor bad; it is what it takes to become divine.

It is man, his personality and the society he belongs to, and not the divine, that judge humanity and its deeds. After all, it was man who devised the balance between good and evil, all in order to take from his brothers their freedom of expression.

The fear of punishment for not conforming to some religious dogma, social norm or government law has always been the sword used to control the masses for ages. And if there ever was what you, in your terms, would call a bad thing, it is that which takes away a person's freedom to express the divine within them.

Whenever this is done to another, it is also done to the self. On a deeper level, every judgment or limitation you place on another becomes a law in your own consciousness. And by that law you will limit and judge yourself, and so you will also experience that judgment in your life, usually as suffering and pain.

Good and evil are personal judgments, seen through the eyes of someone who thinks in opposites and is trapped in suffering and fear. There is simply being. Within it, everything is measured only in terms of fulfillment and the emotional experience the soul needs to gain wisdom.

A person is not wicked at heart, even while living under the influence of evil. With a broader understanding, there is no such thing as evil. There is only the foundation of life, which allows us to create whatever we choose through thought. This is the only reality there is.

We have unlimited opportunities to find joyful fulfillment in every moment of life. How we choose to fulfill those moments depends on our own will and what we consider good for our being.

If I judge a deed, I am no greater than it and I have not evolved at all. My life will be affected by this judgment, because the self within me has taken a part of itself and separated it from my whole being. When I have divided myself into good and bad, I am no longer whole, and I will receive both in my life as experiences in which I chase the one and run from the other.

With love,

Ran
