About the evening

The Tree of Life

Self-healing and renewal

The veil between a flesh-and-blood person and the divine within is very thin, as is the line between abject misery and joy. Just how thin is that veil? Tell me the thickness of a single thought, a single choice, and you have your answer. Thin, very thin…

This is an audio recording of the process

Clearing the past and renewal

The veil between a flesh-and-blood person and the divine within is very thin, as is the line between abject misery and joy. Just how thin is that veil? Tell me the thickness of a single thought, a single choice, and you have your answer.

Thin, very thin…

And what makes this veil so thick for you? Your habitual choice. Yes, yours alone.

A single thought, a choice to embrace joy, can free us from miserable suffering. A single thought, a choice to be perfectly healthy now rather than sick and suffering until death, leads us to perfect health. A single thought, a choice to embrace the divine within rather than our suffering, complaining body, allows us to create a flourishing life.

And it's a very thin veil, because what are you actually afraid of, suffering from and struggling with? Only what is in your reality. After all, what isn't in it you can't perceive as frightening or difficult, because it doesn't exist for you anyway, since you never thought it.

See what a single thought can do. So thin. So very thin.

I wish for you to know that you have never failed, and there is no such thing as failure at all except in the eyes of flesh and blood. In the eyes of the divine there are only lessons, gateways and opportunities for change. And so the only thing you have ever done “wrong” is believing that you did, and living in guilt.

And who created this frightening reality for you? Who made this hard reality for you? You did, yourself.

So you're afraid of yourself, of your own creations. You dread your own creatures and are angry at the products of your own consciousness.

From the moment we're born we begin to heal, and our ability to heal is always equal to the expression of our love and our joy.

Love for whom? For yourself.

You can't give love if you don't love yourself. You can only give from what you are, and giving is first of all teaching yourself to give yourself your own being, the joy of being you, all the time, every time. Unconditionally and without limit.

You were taught to feel guilty about this, as if it were corruption itself and the root of all evil. That's how it is in Robot-land, the land of the guilty and the people-pleasers.

And what did your dear parents from the land of the guilty tell you? Your respected, carbon-copy teachers? Your admired commanders in that army of people-pleasers stunned into obedience? Your cool, frightened friends? The tyrants spreading fear on the nightly news? What did all these parrots tell you, mumbling the doctrine of nothing from the start of their day until their death? They neither wrote nor thought up that doctrine. They were raised and trained to apologize constantly for existing, suffocated by society's judgment of their very existence. What did they tell you?

They told you it's selfish, and that's true, it is selfish. It's divine, because it's you.

Free yourself from your body of fear, and embrace a new personal religion of your own: self-love and joy.

Be the power that you are, creating life in selfish joy, so that you also have something to give to those around you.

Come with me on a journey inward, where we'll release all that was for the sake of all we dream of being, and give ourselves the chance to renew, to live again.

On this page you'll find a link to the open evening I held with our wonderful healing group, The Tree of Life.

Besides that, you'll also find here an audio recording of just the process itself, which you can listen to whenever you feel you need to release something old and heavy and renew yourself.

With love to you, Ran
