Thoughts Become Things

The anatomy of emotions and genetic imprinting

From the Costa Rica Retreat “The Kingdoms Within”

Our parents made us more than they were, because our parents are the roots of this tree that is us.

Know that every human emotion our parents ever had, every feeling of elation, of anxiety, of strength and of weakness, was all imprinted in their genes as a genetic pattern, as a starting point for new life: their hereditary future.

And what is their hereditary future? We ourselves.

So the old notion that we inherited the sins of our fathers and mothers doesn't mean anything bad. It simply means a limitation was placed on us, and there's a reason for it.

We are that reason. Without us, this limitation has no way to evolve out of itself, to overcome its own boundaries, to grow beyond the program set for it by “the sins of the fathers.”

This means we wear our mother's emotional body of fear and our father's inner strength. We wear our mother's body of compassion and also our father's determination.

We clothe our parents' body of thoughts in flesh and blood. We tremble with their fears, delight in fulfilling their dreams and rise above their limitations, because we are their evolution.

Come watch the talk from the fourth day of the Costa Rica Retreat, May 2026, and receive a priceless gift for your family tree: the future of us all.

With love,

Ran
