Fulfilling a Dream
Fulfilling a dream is being a genius
*For parents with their children, and for anyone with a curious heart
✨ Want to go deeper into what we started?
You’re warmly invited to continue with us in the digital course “Parents of a Genius: Making Magic”
📚 The course offers practical, profound tools for building healthy, open, conscious relationships with our children and with ourselves as parents.
And what is a genius, anyway?
The word Genius comes from Genni. Yes, that sweet, mischievous spirit that comes out of a bottle and grants any wish in an instant. And no, this genie didn't follow the crowd to the Technion or attend some polished university department. He simply creates something out of nothing, because he's a genius.
And what exactly is this “nothing,” and where does it live?
In our midbrain, at the corner of Pineal and Thalamus streets, or in simple words, the seat of our imagination.
Do you teach your children to imagine their lives into knowing, or to keep plugging away, copy from the board and sit on their behinds? When was the last time you sat across from your children, looked into their eyes and told them that anything that can be thought of exists?
Have you told them that whatever they allow themselves to focus on, they will also experience?
And that there's no such thing as impossible, because their lives are theirs alone, not just another campaign by a system that churns out copies?
And why not? Because no one told us this when we were children. We were copied in a copy shop too.
The only reason someone is a genius
and knows things you don't is that they opened their mind to ask “what if.” These are the provocative, brilliant thoughts that go beyond Robot-land's limited thinking. They simply allowed themselves to focus on these thoughts and bring them to life, while you rejected them. You can't take them in because you haven't yet activated the parts of your brain that would allow you to dream them into lived experience.
Being closed-minded keeps us from experiencing the joy of existence. It also denies that joy to those who learn from their parents: our children, who are learning from us all the time, even when we're not at our best.
Being closed-minded keeps us enslaved to the illusions of our old human selves, shaped by a past of chronic obedience and immersed in newspapers and the internet. A closed mind keeps us from knowing our glory and the divine within us. And it keeps our children from knowing theirs, too.
So what kind of children will we raise here, and what will be the future of this planet? The same process with a different date.
As long as we have a closed mind that lives and thinks according to social consciousness, we will never venture into the unknown or consider the possibility of greater realities, for fear that it would mean change.
And then neither will they, our children.
As long as we accept only the narrow thinking of the status quo and consensus, we will never activate more of our brain to receive and experience thoughts beyond those we have encountered every day of our lives.
And then our children won't activate those parts either. That's how it is.
Being closed-minded means shutting yourself off from every opportunity that exists beyond what can be experienced through the body's senses, beyond the ingrained values and agreements we were raised on. But in this kingdom called the divine, everything is possible. If something can be conceived or contemplated, it exists, because everything we dream or imagine is already in the realm of existence.
That is how all of creation came to be: an imagined dream.
Every time we tell our children it's only their imagination, we program them for foolishness and limited creativity.
Do you now understand a little better why your children struggle or feel frustrated? They are the future, here to carry our evolution forward, not to be another copy of their parents or grandparents.
So what do you say? Are we here to run a copy shop, or a family business making rocket fuel for evolution?
Being a genius is very simple. All we need to do is think for ourselves. And how do we do that? Through imagination.
Come with me to an evening of creating in consciousness, and bring your children. We'll meet and learn a sweet, fascinating lesson about the brain, the magic maker that lives between our ears but that we were told almost nothing about. We'll step into the recording studio of our destiny and create a genius's dream.
Looking forward to seeing you, with love,
Ran
